Notice of Councillor Vacancy
Councillor Miss Joleen Wilkins has submitted her resignation as a Parish Councillor.

Ten electors for the parish ward of Brindley Village now have until 20 February 2020 to request a poll.
If a poll is demanded the Returning Officer will put in motion the statutory timetable for holding an election. If two or more candidates are nominated an election will be held on a date to be determined by Cannock Chase Council, with the costs being met by the parish council.
If only one candidate is nominated, that person will be elected automatically.
If no poll is demanded the parish council will request expressions of interest in the vacancy and applicants will be considered at its meeting on 24 March 2020.
