A Special meeting of Brindley Heath Parish Council will be held at The Church of the Holy Spirit, Mount Road, Rugeley, WS15 2TL on Tuesday 25 November 2025 at 8.00pm, or following the close of the Council meeting, if later.

The agenda is set out below and I hope you will be able to attend.

1. APOLOGIES
To receive apologies and accept reasons for absence under S.85(1) of the Local Government Act 1972.

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
To declare any personal, pecuniary, or disclosable pecuniary interests relating to items on this agenda, in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct. The nature as well as the existence of any such interest must be declared.

3. HONORARY FREEMAN OF THE PARISH OF BRINDLEY HEATH
To confirm the procedure for granting Honorary Freeman of the Parish of Brindley Heath under the Local Government Act 1972 as amended.

4. THE ARRANGEMENTS
To agree the arrangements for awarding the honour.

5. ADMISSION OF HONORARY FREEMAN
To consider nominations for the award of Honorary Freeman to persons of distinction and those who, in the council’s opinion, have rendered eminent services to the council and parish (Section 249(5) and (6) of the 1972 Local Government Act).
